    Are you the manufacturer, or a distributor?

    Scuvette operates its own quartz fabrication workshop, so cells are built and inspected in-house rather than bought in and re-branded. Custom geometries are cut, polished and calibrated against your drawing.

    Is there a minimum order quantity for standard cells?

    No. Stocked standard cells — including 10 mm absorbance cells, semi-micro and screw-cap styles — can be ordered as single pieces, which suits labs replacing one damaged cell.

    How long does delivery to the United States take?

    Stocked items are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment, then arrive in roughly 4–10 business days by courier. Custom cells add 10–20 days for fabrication before dispatch.

    Can you quote a custom size?

    Yes, provided we receive the specification or drawing: path length, outer dimensions, wavelength range, number of polished windows, thread size if applicable, and quantity. We then return a written quotation rather than an estimate.
